• Paypal payment Refund Policy: If you buy a card buy PayPal payment, after completing your order you can not refund your PayPal balance this is our new policy because after we send the CVV card number we are do not refund PayPal balance this rule only for the Paypal payment processing system.
• Please be aware that our products are digital cards that, once bought and delivered, cannot be returned, nor refunded. So please make sure to select the right product, with the right country. • Your payment is authorized status and not received yet before delivery.
• The refund request processed automatically upon payment method expiry. ex. BTC expires in 10 days.
• The refund issued within 3-7 working days. (our working days is Monday to Friday) US Standard Time.
  Valid delivered product/service is not refundable.
• According to our refund policy, you can get a refund in the amount of 100% of the card’s face value within one month from the date of purchase if your card has not been used in any manner. To get a refund, please contact our Support Team.
• You can request a replacement for specific order only.
• The preloaded card service is not refundable. in some case, we refund 95 % (contact us)
  Processing fees are not refundable for any order.
• If you are trying to link your card with PayPal we are do not refund this card because PayPal doesn’t accept it next time. in PayPal account, one card can try in a single account.
• The refund issued based on order type and only after checking the delivery details.
• Wallet funds cannot be reversed if you send someone, even it mistake by you.
• Withdraw fund from your wallet is final and cannot be reversed.
• Wallet related transaction fees/processing cost is non-refundable.
• Any refund always to be sent to your wallet.

  Return Policy

• Please be aware that our products are digital gift card codes that, once bought and delivered, cannot be returned, nor refunded. So please make sure to select the right product, with the right country code and / or in the right currency before you purchase it, as we cannot take products back, nor refund or exchange products that have already been paid and delivered. The reason for this is that we have no guarantee that a code, which is immediately delivered after the purchase, is still unused. Thank you for your understanding! We do however give warranty on the redeemability of the digital codes we deliver. In case the delivered code is not working, we will do everything to help you solve that problem.
